Didn’t pressure me to do service that I didn’t need. I also had Scott replace my other 2 older outdoor faucets and it was completed very quickly and they no longer squeak. He is honest and straightforward, realistic about when something should be repaired vs replaced and efficient and communicative. We've had him service a water heater, install a new tankless water heater, doing an annual maintenance flushing, and repair a frozen/burst pipe valve. After feeling extorted by other plumbing companies, Simple Solutions is the only one I will call!
