Knew exactly my problem and told me nothing was wrong with my outdoor faucet that I called for service on. Didn’t pressure me to do service that I didn’t need. I also had Scott replace my other 2 older outdoor faucets and it was completed very quickly and they no longer squeak. Scott is very knowledgeable and works quickly.

Scott is the best plumber I've encountered. He is honest and straightforward, realistic about when something should be repaired vs replaced and efficient and communicative. We've had him service a water heater, install a new tankless water heater, doing an annual maintenance flushing, and repair a frozen/burst pipe valve. After feeling extorted by other plumbing companies, Simple Solutions is the only one I will call!

As an architect that has observed many plumbing contractors over my 40 years of practice, I can safely say that Scott works fast, doesn’t waste your time or money, is very organized and has good craftsmanship. He is very conscious of your money and comes up with the best cost effective solution to problems.

Carla was able to work with my schedule and it was great! John and Chris did an excellent job, removing my old hot water heater and replacing it with a new one. They were accommodating, professional and friendly. Appreciate their wonderful work and Carla’s efforts to fit me into the schedule quickly. I would highly recommend
Simple Solutions Plumbing!

Honesty, integrity, thorough service and throw in a little friendliness on top of that - accurately describes Simple Solutions. Being a small business, they care about the job, the situation and the customers. Their rates are extremely fair and I love knowing it's going to a small business, not a huge corporation. Highly recommend!!
