Excellent. High water bill alerted us to the problem. Scott came out, surveyed the situation, gave us an estimate, and had a fellow there to start the work. Scott supervised, made sure we had uninterrupted water during the evening/night time, took care of the city paperwork, etc. Absolutely super. And now we have someone we can call when we have a plumbing issue!

Scott worked in my condo twice. First, for emergency repair to my kitchen plumbing, which required unusual patience to access our building’s water supply. I was so impressed that I hired him on a second occasion to replace the plumbing under both bathroom sinks. He really knows his craft and is extremely reliable regarding appointments. He is a great plumber! I’m so glad that I found him.
We had an emergency with our sewer system and are so glad we called Simple Solutions plumbing. Being in a position where we were not able to use our toilets or drains was a tough spot and Scott went way above and beyond to get us up and running again. He was a great communicator and very knowledgeable. The quality of his work was also very high. So glad we called and he was the person to help us out. On top of the fact that we were in an emergency situation, his rate was very reasonable. He saved the day and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. We recommend Simple Solutions to anyone.

I called Simple Solutions tonight (after hours) and Scott answered. I will skip to the chase and say that Scott is a true angel and fixed the issue. The temps are frigid in Seattle right now and I was afraid that when my BOSCH tankless water heater failed today that my pipes would freeze along with my radiant heat. Scott WALKED ME THROUGH A FIX over the phone after asking me to send him photos of the unit and the pipes (he determined my drain pipe was frozen and that the condensate tubing was backed up, which the unit correctly detected and turned itself off.) I was near tears when I called and was so surprised when he picked up after-hours. There aren't words for how grateful I am to him and I'm planning to book him for a long-needed service for my unit later in the winter. He saved&bsp;me!
